First Class Support

If you have any problem at all we will fix it for you. You have your own operating system so in theory you can install any software on it that you want, and any number of domain names, mailboxes or databases. We will provide you with full ticket-based, telephone-based and remote-desktop-based support. We are happy to help you with anything from setting up your mailbox in Outlook to setting up secure automated backups to load-balancing your server.

How Does It Work?

We set you up with your own operating system and shell access to your server. Each package also comes with a certain number of support units (half an hour per unit) which can be used on the initial configuration of your server or for ongoing support.
